Less Stress, More You.

Therapy for adults who are ready to stop running on empty and start feeling grounded, focused, and connected again.

You’ve been holding it together for everyone — work, relationships, life — but inside, you’re running on fumes.
It’s not that you don’t want to change. You just need therapy that actually understands how your brain and emotions work together — without judgment or fluff.

At Root & Reflect
Therapy, I help adults understand themselves, regulate emotions, and build lives that feel intentional, balanced, and real.

My goal is to help you reflect, reconnect, and create a version of your life that feels steady, authentic, and fully you.

Hi, I’m
Rachel Trice

I help adults untangle overwhelm, rebuild self-trust, and find peace in their everyday lives.

  • I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience in the social work and nonprofit world and several years focused directly on clinical therapy.

My background includes work in hospital, outpatient, and assessment settings — supporting clients through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and major life transitions.

Those experiences taught me that people don’t heal through advice or quick fixes —they heal through awareness, compassion, and practical change.

  • My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I tailor each session to what actually moves the needle for you.

We’ll blend evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and EMDR to explore how your mind and body respond to stress, while building habits and strategies that create balance and momentum in your daily life.

What To Expect

The First Session

The first session is about getting to know you: what’s working, what’s not, and what you want to change. You don’t need to have it all figured out. We’ll start where you are and build from there.

What Therapy Looks Like

Therapy with me is a space for honest conversation and practical change.

You can expect curiosity, warmth, and gentle challenge — I’ll help you understand the “why” behind your patterns while teaching the “how” of shifting them.
